In these pitch instructions, Jigme Rinpoche touches on a number of topics including mindfulness, bodhichitta and the willingness to accept our flaws. // Training your mind is a difficult task to say the least. Habits are hard to break, and virtuous thoughts can be hard to come by. This is why we started this podcast: so the teachings of Dharma could be as accessible as your smartphone. // During the Red Vajrasattva Drubchen last month, some of us were fortunate enough to receive beautiful and inspiring advice from Jigme Rinpoche. And it’s due to his kindness that we have permission to share it with you all. Please feel free to share this with anyone you think may benefit.SOUNDCLOUD

How do we become motivated? // “[It] may seem like it’s a far off goal, but it's the only thing that is actually possible in this life or in any life. So it doesn't matter how far off it is, there's nothing else that we can accomplish except that. Everything else that we accomplish is impermanent.” Lama Padma GyatsoSOUNDCLOUD
